También puede adquirir un bolso Onesixone en determinadas tiendas, que podrá encontrar en nuestra sección “puntos de venta” distribuidos alrededor del mundo. Onesixone no se hace responsable de las devoluciones u otros actos en dichas tiendas.

No todos los puntos de venta tienen disponibilidad de todos los modelos Onesixone, pero si puede encontrar todos los modelos en nuestra web online.

To acquire your Onesixone bag through our online store, just follow a few simple steps:

  • On the “Shop” tab you can see all the available models of each collection.
  • Once you have chosen your desired bag, just add it to the cart and finish purchase.
  • Fill in the form with your personal information and address so that your bag can reach its destination correctly.
  • Fill in the payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email to your email account provided.
  • Una vez que su pedido se haya tramitado y hayamos procesado su información de forma correcta, recibirá un email con un código de seguimiento de su pedido.

Onesixone realiza envíos a cualquier ciudad del mundo, siempre que las políticas de cada país lo permitan. 

The shipping costs are incurred by Onesixone. Expenses derivative from customs and taxes will also be incurred by Onesixone, except in certain countries where the Fiscal Policy does not allow such act. In this case, Onesixone will inform personally and as soon as possible of the assumption of expenses by the client.

The estimated delivery times for shipments within Europe are 2 to 3 business days.

The estimated delivery times for the United States, Asia and Africa are 5 to 7 business days.

DHL Express, the world leader in logistics shipments, is the official transport agency of Onesixone.

Once your order has been processed and all the information has been collected correctly, we will proceed to send your order.

After this, you will receive an email with a tracking code through which you can check the status of your order at all times.

You will receive notifications of movements of your order by email, to your email account provided, and by SMS, to the phone number provided.

For your convenience, you are also offered to change the date and delivery address, as well as the possibility of picking up at a DHL point.

All our bags are delivered in a box, which can be folded when you are using your Onesixone bag or deploy it for better storage of it.

Your bag is presented inside a cotton dust bag, to protect and avoid rubbing the skin and jewellery. We recommend you keep your bag inside this cotton bag whenever you are not using it.

In case you have purchased a Limited-Edition bag from the artist collection, you will receive:

  • An art book that explains the work that contains your bag, life and inspiration of the artist and his creative process for Onesixone.
  • A Certificate of Origin and Authenticity, unique for each bag and showing its limited edition and exclusivity.

To return an item, please contact our customer service at info@onesixone.es indicating your order number and the reason for your return.

Onesixone will be responsible for managing your return. In the next few days, a delivery man from DHL will pick up his package. Make sure that the bag to be returned is in its original package and in the box in which it was received.

Once the actual return of your purse has been made, and if everything is correct, you will receive the refund within a maximum period of 15 days from the arrival of the same to our warehouses.

  • CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Onesixone will be responsible for managing your return. In the next few days, a delivery man from DHL will pick up his package. Make sure that the bag to be returned is in its original package and in the box in which it was received. Once the actual return of your purse has been made, and if everything is correct, you will receive the refund within a maximum period of 15 days from the arrival of the same to our warehouses. You can return your Onesixone bag within 10 days from the date of delivery. The bag must not have been used and must be returned in the same conditions and with the same accessories as those received. In case it is damaged or with signs of having been used, or if any of the accessories are missing, its value will not be reimbursed.

Para bolsos adquiridos en periodos de rebajas, promociones y otros descuentos, las devoluciones no serán admitidas.

  • HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you want to send your order as a gift, Onesixone offers you the option of including a letter inside the box with a personalized message for the recipient.

It also offers the option of personalizing the bag with your initials. This option is not available for all our models. Please, check with our advisor in case you want to customize your order.

For this, please write an email to info@onesixone.es with the number of your order and the message you want to put inside. info@onesixone.es con el número de su pedido y le mensaje que desea poner en su interior.

To help preserving this exclusive piece, we recommend you avoiding prolonged exposure to sources of heat, light and humidity. Avoid friction and shock. Use for cleaning the bag a soft, dry cloth to clean the bag and avoid contact with water. Never use chemical products.
