Your bag is presented inside a cotton dust bag, to protect and avoid rubbing the skin and jewellery. We recommend you to keep your bag inside this cotton bag whenever you are not using it.

If you want to send your order as a gift, Onesixone offers you the option of including a letter inside the box with a personalized message for the recipient.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY ONESIXONE BAGS?
To help preserving this exclusive piece, we recommend you avoiding prolonged exposure to sources of heat, light and humidity. Avoid friction and shock. Use for cleaning the bag a soft, dry cloth to clean the bag and avoid contact with water. Never use chemical products. We also recommend keeping the bag in its original packaging to facilitate preservation.

Onesixone makes shipments to any city in the world.
The shipping costs are incurred by Onesixone. Expenses derived from customs and taxes will also be incurred by Onesixone, except in certain countries where the Fiscal Policy does not allow such act. In this case, Onesixone will inform personally and as soon as possible of the assumption of expenses by the client.
The estimated delivery times for shipments within Europe are 2 to 3 business days.
The estimated delivery times for the United States, Asia and Africa are 5 to 7 business days.

HOW TO FOLLOW MY ORDER?

You can return your Onesixone bag within 10 days from the date of delivery.
The bag must not have been used and must be returned in the same conditions and with the same accessories as those received. In case it is damaged or with signs of having been used, or if any of the accessories are missing, its value will not be reimbursed.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
To return an item, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and the reason for your return.
Onesixone will be responsible for managing your return. In the next few days, a delivery man from DHL will pick up his package. Make sure that the bag to be returned is in its original package and in the box in which it was received.
Once the actual return of your purse has been made, and if everything is correct, you will receive the refund within a maximum period of 15 days from the arrival of the same to our warehouses.
